Agreed, and if you look at [Checklist v. 0.0.9](https://opensource.org/the-open-source-ai-definition-checklist-draft-v-0-0-9), you’ll see that working with Creative Commons or others who define open data/open content licenses is already necessary even without this proposed revision.
